::: Portfolios and Exchange Shows :::Every few years the artist members of MGC participate in aportfolio project. For these projects there is a defined topic and paper size. Each artist produces an edition so that the resulting portfolio will have one print from each artist and two prints for the center. The result is that all participants receive a set of prints which is usually packaged in a container designed specifically for the event. Where the number of participants is large they are is usually split into groups so that no one has to print an edition of more than twenty five. The paper size for the prints was 11” x 11” however the resulting images varied in shape and size. Some filled the paper and others put multiple images it. A secondary purpose for this effort was to help develop a new logo for MGC and some artists directly addressed this; most however did not and chose to try and respond to the question. There are probably as many answers as participants.
