MGC KEY HOLDER POSITIONS

The administration of Manhattan Graphics Center is done mainly by key holders; they are crucial to its survival. For their commitment to monitor (that is, supervise the studio) for four hours per week, do chores, and staff the MGC committees, key holders have access to the studio when it is closed and also receive tuition discounts when the studio is open.

A few key holder positions are now available. Artists who wish to participate in this essential activity should contact the studio for more information. Printmaking experience, one semester of attendance at MGC, and approval by the operation committee are requirements.

In Memoriam

In the past year we have lost two of our key holders, Miriam Bell and Marilyn Silberstang. Marilyn was a founding member and Miriam soon followed. Both were dedicated to their art and to the Manhattan Graphics Center and are deeply missed.
